We had an awesome group vacation! The transportation was super convenient, with easy access to shopping and amazing dining options. We loved visiting the nearby parks where the kids could enjoy themselves while we relaxed. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were really friendly.
Unfortunately, the bathtub in our room was a bit tricky to get in and out of for the elderly in our group. It would be wise to check for room types better suited for seniors.

I really enjoyed my stay with a stunning bathtub and a variety of delicious breakfast options that kept me full all day. Relaxing by the pool in the evenings was amazing, and I loved winding down in the cozy atmosphere of my room. The only small downside was the lighting, which could be brighter, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The room was clean and had a nice isolation from outside noise.
The toilet/bath separation drape was not ideal, leading to privacy concerns.

The location is ideal for exploring Taipei, being just a short walk from the main transportation hubs and shopping areas. The staff went above and beyond, always greeting us with smiles and promptly attending to our requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, although I think the lighting could be improved for a brighter ambiance. Overall, a lovely stay!

Loved the ice-cold slushy at check-in! Convenient location next to the main station made exploring easy. Only downside was the dark room lighting that made it hard to see. 🌆
